Format Motion Helical
It is used to print the helical movements (G2, G3 movements) in the APT/CL file in the appropriate format in the NC program.
Helical motion lines, which are expressed with “CIRCLE” (sometimes ARC etc.) lines in the APT/CL file, first activate “Event Circular Motion” in MANUSpost. This event includes “ActionCircularMotion” as standard.
Generally, the circular and helical motion definition is the same in the APT/CL file. MANUSpost automatically calculates the start and end points of the circular/helical motions and later decides whether the movement is circular or helica, by looking at the difference in Z values of the start and end point. If the difference is not zero, the motion is determined to be helical.
ActionCircularMotion runs the Format Motion Helical. command if the motion is helical.
